- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached
- In their original packaging with all accessories included
- Not final sale or clearance items (marked as non-refundable)

- Include photos of the item showing its condition
- We will provide return instructions within 2 business days
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same style (subject to availability)
- Equivalent value alternative products
